Product information.. 

*Please note, our lead time may vary  from 20 to 25 working days depending on the items and quantity and this may also extend in our busy periods. This is fabrication time the delivery time may take longer as we outsource our deliveries.

*All tables come standard with  U shape steel frame, we can change the frame, however this will be additional. Please inform us if you want a frame change even as all prices are quoted on with U Shape frame even if your commenting on a Pic with a different frame as price of frame change depends on the size of the table. If you do not request a price for frame change, you will be quoted on std U shape frame. Our tables frames come recessed 250mm in we can set them right to the edge of the table should you have wider chairs. Please kindly stipulate if you would like them set back, should you not stipulate with will come in std 250mm. Table height is 760mm std. Glass inlay also come std with clear glass, should you wish to tint your glass please discuss this with us on order, glass tinting is also additional. The longest we can do on a river cut for glass inlay is 2880 x 1m which seats 10 depending on the size of your chairs. If you want it longer it will have to he straight cut glass.

When we receive the slabs from the saw mill they may have holes or cracks in them we do full them with filler at no additional charge alternatively they can be filled with Crystal clear black resin at an additional charge. If you want cracks left open with no filler, please inform us at time of ordering or crack will automatically be filled to prevent further cracking 

We seal our tables with Rubio Monocoat. Please note when choosing your sealer it was differ slightly as it will pick up differently depending on the species of wood.

*We do deliver nationwide , for deliveries fees please see options at check out. For Deliveries outside of Durban we use a 3rd party delivery company who charge R3000 to central Jhb and R3500 Cape Town per item, Please note this delivery fee excludes insurance cost, if you require insurance please let us know so we can arrange for the insurance company to send through documentation to you. Please note although we arrange delivery on your behalf in no way do we profit off of these deliveries nor are we responsible for any delays with deliveries or responsible for any damages that may occur on delivery. Once items leave our floor the delivery company will be in contact and liase directly with the clients regarding delivery times.  Should you wish to deal directly with the courier your self you are most welcome you are also welcome to arrange for your own courier to collect from us.

Please note they charge per items and delivery Invoice will be sent to you when we are ready to deliver and is payable directly to the delivery company. If you want to order more than one item, please kindly message us on [email protected] or 0725481234 and we will negotiate a better rate with our transport companies and send an invoice through to you directly. 

*Please kindly note we do not have a return policy on custom made or make to order items, should you not be happy with your item, we will work with you to ensure you get the product to your satisfaction. We also don't refund for buyers remorse as we make to order and each piece takes a tremendous amount of skill and time, please kindly ensure you have thought your piece of furniture through carefully, you have adequately measured your space to ensure it will fit. Should you not want a  new replacement table we can refund you but with a 25% handling fee.  Once delivered, please ensure your table is removed from the packaging as soon as possible, wood does sweat and if its stored in an area with no ventilation and in packaging for long periods of time it can damage your table.

*We have a 2 months guarantee on any manufacturing defaults, should there be any workmanship issues with your furniture after it has been delivered, please let us know within 7 days of receiving it and we will either repair the default. These exclude damages caused by the logistics company.

Should you want us to hold items (slabs) for you until until certain date, please kindly note should we reach that date and you do not proceed a holding fee of 25% will be charged as we get charged 25% to hold items at the saw mill.

*Please ensure your tables are not kept in direct sunlight, if they are kept on a covered patio please still ensure a breathable cover is placed on the table when not in use to protect it from the elements, If they have been sealed with Rubio Monocoat please only use Rubio monocoat products to clean and maintain your furniture. Keep tables well oiled and hydrated especially in provinces with a dryer climate than Durban. For this reason all our tables have to be sealed with either a Mat sealer or monocoat we cannot send them raw or we cannot guarantee the tables as they have no protection on them hence we do not supply raw slabs.

Resin tables:

Long term direct sunlight will lead to oxidation and discolouration. High temperature may cause cracking and can affect the shape of the table. Keep the table away from heat sources, fireplaces, heat pumps etc. High temperature may cause cracking and can affect the shape of the table. 

Please do not leave any table or table with resin work outside or in any heat or sunlight. 

Please note should you reside outside of Durban and should the climate be alot dryer than Durban, there may be some settlement and movement on the table and some cracks and join splitting may occur, if this does occur it will happen within the first 2 weeks of it settling in its new environment, please be advised of this Risk. This is only when working with Hardwood live edge and glass inlay tables. Should this happen we will gladly repair the table however it will be for the client to bring the table to us and have it collected. This isn't a manufacturing fault it is just that hard wood can be temperamental especially in extreme weather conditions, make sure tables are always kept in a well ventilated area, away from constant sunlight and heat and that they are always well treated. 

*All our wood items are treated before we deliver and have certification from an accredited entomologist. Please note these certificates are only valid for 6 months. 

*Disclaimer - Some of the images here are for inspirational purposes from Instagram, please note we get the same cuts of wood depicted in the images and although no two pieces of wood will ever be the same we do try to get as close a match as possible, hence we cannot duplicate or make  "this exact table" as no two slabs are alike even its a table we have manufactured we cannot duplicate it but we can use a slab of the same species, colour may still differ from slab to slab even if it's is the same species as well as shape but we will get it as close a match as possible,  for tables etc that we have manufactured  please refer to client pics in our gallery section or attached under each tab.
